Red light for recovery, without the downtime.
Non-invasive PlatinumLED BIOMAX sessions that may support muscle recovery, everyday aches, and a calmer sense of energy — a quiet complement to your training and hormone plan, in Lakeway.

Light your muscles can actually use.
Recovery-focused red light therapy uses the same PlatinumLED BIOMAX array as our skin sessions — seven wavelengths of red and near-infrared light (480, 630, 660, 810, 830, 850, and 1060 nm) delivered on a treatment table in a private suite. Near-infrared bands reach somewhat deeper tissue than visible red. None of this is UV light.
Researchers study this as photobiomodulation: light absorbed by mitochondria may support cellular energy. That is a mechanism, not a promise that soreness disappears. We use it as a comfortable, non-invasive complement to training, sleep, hormone care, and peptides.
- iNon-invasive. You rest. No needles, no recovery day.
- iiFull-body array. A PlatinumLED BIOMAX setup over the table, not a handheld gadget.
- iiiA complement. It does not replace training, sleep, or medical care.
Support after effort, not a shortcut around it.
Most people who book recovery sessions are not chasing a miracle. They want a calm, repeatable visit that may support how they feel after training, travel, or a high-output week.
- Muscle recovery — may support comfort after workouts.
- Everyday aches — often used as a gentle option for minor stiffness.
- Circulation and ease — red and near-infrared light are studied for blood-flow and inflammatory signaling.
- Energy and sleep rhythm — some people notice they unwind more easily after a session. That is not a sleep-disorder treatment.
